Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 and typically delivers 3–5 business days after your order ships; 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout. We currently ship only within the United States and cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Yes — costumes can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unopened, in unblemished original packaging with labels attached. Contact Customer Service first to authorize the return; unauthorized packages are refused. Refunds exclude return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
