Refund policy
General Requirements for Returns:
- Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
- Customer Service must authorize refunds and returns in advance. Do not ship items back to us without prior approval. Returned items without prior authorization will be refused.
- Returned items must be shipped back with 15 days from the date that the return has been authorized.
- All products must be returned with original labels affixed.
- Returns must include the name and order number of the original purchaser.
- Refunds will exclude return shipping, handling, and 15% restocking fee.
- Refunds may take up to 60 days to process*
The following items are only returnable if they are in their un-opened and un-blemished original packaging:
- Costumes
- Socks and Stockings
- Shoes and Boots
The following items are NOT returnable:
- Undergarments
- Eyelashes, Wigs, Beards, and Facial Hair
- Prosthetics, Fangs, and Fake Teeth
- Cosmetics
- Latex Masks
- Food and Candy Items
- Personalized Items
- Any item that states in cannot be returned in the product description

Submit Your Return Request
When preparing to submit your return, please review the information above in and include as much detail as possible in your return request. Most of our items have strict return requirements.
* NOTE: After October 5th it may take up to 60 days to process your return after we receive it due to the massive volume increase we see during mid October through mid November.
