How fast will the Santa Toy Bag ship?
Most of the year we process orders within 24 hours (24–72 hours during our September–December peak). Standard shipping is free on orders over $99 and typically delivers 3–5 business days after your order ships; 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout. We currently ship only within the United States and cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Can I return the Santa Toy Bag if it doesn't work out?
Yes — costumes can be returned within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unopened, in unblemished original packaging with labels attached. Contact Customer Service first to authorize the return; unauthorized packages are refused. Refunds exclude return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
